Neles D series ball valves are designed to meet the requirements of chemical, petro-chemical and refining industries with improved process safety and efficiency of plant. D series valves with famous trunnion mounted Stemball® design and proven technology in design, materials and coatings enhance process reliability in the most demanding on/off applications like ESD service and high cycle service. Valve has high MTBF figure and it has been certified up to SIL 3 safety applications. Unique Stemball® design combined with anti-cavitation and low noise Q-ball technology are making the D series valve most suitable with wide rangeability for demanding control applications like anti surge and blow down services. High noise reduction Q2-trim is available for gas applications.
